this weighted hoodie is worth every penny. the weight is perfect. i’m a very anxious person so it works great for grounding. it’s also nice a loose on the arms. i could do with a little bit more space on the waist but it still zips up fine. i don’t overheat in it either which is fantastic as i overheat very easily due to medical conditions. if you have anxiety, trauma or neurodivergence then i highly recommend
